ANALYSIS:
I can't believe that Nik had the nerve to do this. I would never be able to do this kind of stunt. He was not being held by anything so if he made a mistake he would fall to his death in front of a ton of people. I don't know if this should be allowed, he could have died if he made just the slightest mistake which is very frightening to think about.
DISCUSSION QUESTIONS:
1) Do you think that this kind of stunt should be legal?
2) Should the man at least have some safety equipment?
3) Do you think that it was worth it for the potential death that could have been caused?
1. No its a free country.
ReplyDelete2. Yes, I don't want him to die
3. Yes, this man wanted to tight rope which is cool
I don't think this should be legal because if he did fall then then everyone watching would see him die or be severity injured. And its not safe, I was watching it happen live and to me it sounded like he even thought that he was not going to make it he was saying his good byes.
ReplyDeleteThis stunt is truly amazing. I can't believe that Nik Wellenda would ever try to do this. I don't think that this should be illegal because it's a TV/entertainment stunt performed by a trained professional. Should he have safety equipment? I really don't know if it would have a negative effect on him being able to cross the buildings. I guess it adds to the stunt so I don't think he should wear any safety equipment.
ReplyDeleteI do think that this kind of stunt should be legal because it's his life and he can do whatever he wants with it, just as long as it doesn't affect other people. I do think he should have had some sort of safety harness on him so that he wouldn't have to worry about dying so much and he could have had more fun with it. I do think it was worth it because as I said earlier, it's his life and he should be able to do whatever he wants.
