Do you see a lot of ads for the same product? Chances are this is no coincidence. Believe it or not but advertisements are meant for you to see. Research done Here on a governmental website and research document.
A target buyer is someone who a retail store sends ads out to in order to get them interested in the item. When a company has a target audience it is very similar to movie makers and how they rate films. A pg 13 film is most likely not for children under the age of thirteen. Same goes for advertising. When advertising companies need to pay attention to who their audience is, who is interested in the product, and where the prime advertising area is.

Whether it be a commercial or a youtube ad more often than not the people who created the product want you as their target audience. There would be no point to put car commercials on baby shows. A perfect example of this would be on popular youtube videos there are many different ads depicting young adults buying new cars or going to stores like Target and getting party supplies having fun. This is no coincidence, the characters or actors in these ads usually have a dominate trait that is equally shared throughout most of their target audience. The actors are also shown with perfect lives. The only types of ads that do not show people living near perfect lives would be commercials based on comedy. In those cases they take the lives of normal people and make them more interesting than relateable.

According to Advertising for Dummies many companies that sell products and or services will create an informal poll to tally up whether or not creating the product and investing in it are worthwhile. Many interesting inventions are cast aside because of this. These polls are usually conducted by people with booths on the street corners or with clipboards in a public area. Products such as laundry soap and other cleaners are usually introduced this way.

Ads are everywhere. There is almost no piece of technology made today that does not contain some kind of advertising. Youtubers are paid for allowing ads in and before their videos. You can almost always tell when a youtuber is in it for the money if they have more than one account. The more popular a youtuber is, the more they are paid per ad. Websites have ads crawling all over and for each one there is a certain amount of money involved in getting up there. Think about the super bowl, there is an astronomical amount of people watching and in those ads, almost anything goes.

Not only are ads classified for a select audience, they are also following that audience with other common interests, and finally ads are inescapable. With all the advertising it can often leave people angry at the sheer amount of ads all around. Maybe less ads would be more effective?

How does a transaction make both the buyer and the seller mood change?
