Your Life in Your Health's Hands


How does exercise and nutrition effect  behavior and lifestyle of humans?

More specifically...
How can people consistently live a healthy lifestyle without distraction?

Exercise and nutrition are emphasized in today’s society, but I don’t think people fully understand how much it has an influence on daily behavior, academic success, athletic success, longevity of life, overall health, etc. The benefits from exercising regularly and eating right are endless. Many people have heard this many times and are aware of this. The problem becomes when people get distracted and disenchanted with the whole “being healthy” idea. People stray from their workout and nutrition plans. There must be a way to keep good, healthy habits consistent throughout one’s lifetime. How? My research through my passion project will hopefully help understand further.
