Geography is destiny because the themes of Movement and Location show that in Western Africa. When the U.S. brings their troops over to that place, they must know what is happening in terms of Movement and Location.
According to Betsy Klein of CNN and the CNN Wire, their article “Ebola is a ‘national security priority,’ Obama says” proves that geography is destiny because the Location is needed of our soldiers. Obama wants to send U.S. troops to protect certain people that will help the people who are infected by Ebola and what is needed at all times is their Location maybe their absolute Location. It may be in degrees it may be what they are near, but we need to know where they are so if something happens or they get attack we can send more help or get them out of there a certain way. We would also need to know where the vaccine is when it were to get transported to the parts of Africa that is most needed.

“Obama Commits ‘Military Assets’ for Ebola Health-Care Surge” states that when President Obama was going to NBC’s television studio, he had said lots of things but those things were ideas presented through television on a channel to everyone else to know what as going on this world. Television is just and idea of movement to everyone elses mind to give knowledge of what was going on, where it was taking place, and how it was happening. The Movement of these things are important to know because if something happens then we would possibly know who to confront with the problem. Also from “Blood from Ebola survivors to be used to treat patients. (Canada/World)” it states that Canada is helping the U.S. by donating 800 to 1000 doses of a vaccine that is going to be tested and when its moving from place to place we must know how it’s getting there so something doesn’t happen to them. There could be some air support protecting it and stuff but it is the Movement of it. That is why I think that geography is destiny.
I agree with the idea of sending vaccines to test in Africa. It's a good idea. I disagree with troops and air support protecting the parts of Africa that are infected. Why don't they just send doctors to help. Or even more volunteers to distribute disinfectant.
