What To Do With the Ebola Outbreak?

The geographic themes of Movement and Interaction between humans and the environment prove that geography is NOT destiny in Africa because you are able to change your surroundings.

The movement theme of geography shows that geography does not determine your destiny. If your country has been affected by a natural disaster, then other countries can fly goods into your country and help everyone out with food, water, and other necessary goods. In the article, “Liberia welcomes U.S.Military Role in Ebola Fight.” The U.S. has brought goods into Liberia when the Ebola pandemic hit. The article stated that which reinforces the idea that geography does not determine a person’s destiny.

The Interaction Between Humans and the Environment shows that geography does not define someone’s destiny. According to the article, “Take Urgent Action on Ebola.” humans can get the virus from eating animals. One can simply stop eating meat and start eating a vegetarian diet so they can avoid the risk of getting the Ebola virus. There are other ways to get protein, such as eating nuts or tofu. This just proves that geography does not determine one’s destiny.
